The project proposed and formed the molecular design method and sequence structure control principle of functionalized solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, the dual control preparation process of bromobutyl rubber "microdroplet extraction" and "calcium stearate neutralization", rare earth catalytic mechanism and 4 theoretical innovations including polymerization mechanism; breakthroughs in 3 key technologies of branching agent preparation, engineering scale-up, and advanced tire processing; achieved in-situ preparation of tubular reactors with highly active functionalized initiators, suitable for high viscosity extreme flow ratios Three key equipment innovations including the 10,000-ton-level microreactor and the first domestic (150 kg/h) butyl rubber industrial sideline device; functionalized solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene, narrow-distributed rare earth cis-butadiene, and star-branched butylene have been realized.
Demonstration of 10,000-ton production of 4 high-performance rubber base materials, bromobutyl and bromobutyl, and production and application demonstration of 2 products of high-performance tire and long-life curing bladder.
The prepared 225/55R16 tire product meets EU tire labeling regulations A/ Grade B, the average service life of the vulcanized bladder is more than 600 times
