According to the agreement, Hengyi Group will build the “Belt and Road” cross-regional cooperation and ASEAN-oriented high-end green chemical and chemical fiber integration projects in Qinzhou, and build sub-projects such as caprolactam-nylon, PTA-polyester, with a total investment of about 45 billion yu.
Among them, the construction of the caprolactam-polyamide industrial integration and supporting projects with an annual output of 2 million tons will start this year, with a total investment of about 22 billion yu.
