The R&D center focuses on the research, design, development and engineering and industrialization of networking equipment in the field of submarine observation networking technology, and the initial work includes: submarine main base stations, observation platforms and other networking equipment of the ocean observation network, system integration of offshore engineering devices and underwater observation networks and other related technologies, product research and development, engineering implementation and construction capacity building, research and development and testing technology of submarine photoelectric composite cables; Research the relevant technologies and strategic routes of the smart ocean system, and lead or participate in the formulation and improvement of relevant industry standards for the ocean observation system and its networking equipment; In the field of marine equipment, we will build a complete innovation chain that connects basic research, cutting-edge technology, engineering development and industrial application, with the R&D center as the carrier, as a compound talent training base
for both sides.
The agreement stipulates that the intellectual property rights formed in the process of cooperation shall be jointly owned by both parties, and the intellectual property rights such as technical achievements, patents, proprietary technologies (technical secrets), copyrights and so on jointly owned by both parties shall not be transferred or licensed to a third party separately without consent

The relevant agreement shall enter into force from the date of signing and shall be valid for 3 years
