On August 15, Hengli Petrochemical announced that in the first half of the year, the company achieved revenue of 11155 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 194%; net profit was 026 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.
In terms of products, in the first half of the year, Hengli Petrochemical produced 15553 million tons of refining and chemical products and sold 18606 million tons, achieving a revenue of 6636 billion yuan; the output of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) was 0474 million tons and the sales volume was 3891 million ton.
The announcement shows that, relying on the advantages of upstream raw materials, Hengli Petrochemical actively deployed lithium battery separators, electrolytes, solar photovoltaic backsheet films and other fields in the first half of the yea.
In addition, the 6 million tons/year high-performance resin and new material project invested and constructed by Hengli Petrochemical is expected to be put into operation in the second quarter of next yea.
