Recently, the signing ceremony of the Agreement on Jointly Building a Biodegradable Plastic Industry Base between Henan Energy and Chemical Group, Zhongke Qicheng Private Equity Fund Management Co.

The tripartite cooperation to build the province's largest biodegradable plastics industry base marks that Henan Province has taken an important step in building the country's largest biodegradable material and high-end new material industry cluster and accelerating the realization of a "material province".

According to the agreement, the three parties plan to invest 10 billion yuan to build 400,000 tons/year 1,4-butanediol (BDO), 600,000 tons/year polyadipate/butylene terephthalate (PBAT) and supporting projects.
