Henan tax rebate policy will be implemented from April

Small and micro enterprises should be completed by the end of June; large and medium-sized enterprises should be completed by the end of December

Sinochem News News Henan Provincial Government Information Office recently released a message saying that in order to ensure the implementation of the VAT credit refund policy implemented this year, the work schedule for the province’s tax credit refund has been clarified, and it will be officially implemented on April 1.

According to the arrangement, Henan Province will start to refund the remaining tax credits of micro-enterprises on April 1, and start to refund the remaining tax credits of small and micro enterprises on May 1.

According to Liu Zhao, Director of the Goods and Labor Tax Division of the Henan Provincial Taxation Bureau, the Provincial Taxation Bureau has set up a special working group for the implementation of the tax refund policy and is going all out to do all the preparatory work
