On the basis of the strict implementation of the "Henan Province Relevant Plastic Products Prohibition and Restriction Management Refinement Standards", starting from January 1, 2022, shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, bookstores and other places and catering packages in urban built-up areas of cities above the county level in the province Takeaway services and various exhibition activities are prohibited from providing non-degradable plastic bags (excluding pre-packaged bags, continuous roll bags, and fresh-keeping bags), and catering services are prohibited from providing disposable plastic tableware; tourist-star hotels and other places in the province are not allowed.
