Henan builds an upgraded version of high-quality grain project

The Henan Province Grain and Material Reserve Work Conference was recently held in Zhengzhou

The meeting pointed out that in 2021, the province's grain and material reserve system will face a complex and severe development environment, and make overall plans for grain market-oriented purchases and policy purchases.

The meeting emphasized that, firstly, we must implement the same responsibility of the party and government for food security, and fully cooperate with the special rectification

Second, we must continue to do a good job in the "six guarantees" and do everything possible to stabilize the grain market

Third, we must focus on promoting the reform of state-owned grain enterprises and stimulate the vitality of micro-subjects in the grain industry

Fourth, we must focus on solving the structural problems of the grain industry and strengthen the industrial foundation for ensuring food security

Fifth, we must promote the reform of strategic and emergency material reserves, and accelerate the construction of a material reserve guarantee system that is compatible with the economic and social development of Henan Province

Sixth, we must fully implement the "14th Five-Year Plan" and lay a solid foundation for future development

Seventh, we must continue to accelerate the process of legislative amendments and improve the level of grain management and storage according to law

The meeting pointed out that with determination and tenacity on the road, we must thoroughly implement the general requirements of party building in the new era, adhere to the leadership of political construction, continue to strengthen the construction of party style and clean government, and solidly carry out the "Year of Ability and Style Building" activities to create a good organizational culture.
