Phase I: ①80,000 tons of epichlorohydrin, ②100,000 tons of potassium sulfate, ③50,000 tons of glycerin purification, ④50,000 tons/year of calcium chloride dihydrate, ⑤100,000 tons/year of calcium chloride antifreeze, ⑥Each unit supporting public auxiliary facilities, etc.

Phase II: ①80,000 tons of epichlorohydrin, ②100,000 tons of potassium sulfate, ③40,000 tons of epoxy diluent plant, ④80,000 tons of epoxy resin plant, ⑤50,000 tons/year of calcium chloride dihydrate, ⑥180,000 tons of chlorine Sodium brine, ⑦ potassium sulfate supporting sulfur incinerator, sulfur trioxide absorption device, etc.

Phase two:

Process points: The first phase of the project uses the Mannheim method to produce potassium sulfate, and the by-product HCl and purchased glycerol are purified as raw materials for epichlorohydrin.
