    held a ceremony for the commissioning of 140,000 tons of high-tower compound fertilizer, 30,000 tons of water-soluble fertilizer and 10,000 tons of liquid fertilizer project in Jinchang County
    , Gansu Province.
    The project broke ground on February 26, lasted 8 months, and was officially put into operation and successfully started on October 30, which is currently the fastest construction speed and good standard effect project
