The ethylene project is a key project in Hainan Province and Sinopec.
Jia Zhaohui, manager of the ethylene project control department, said that in order to fully promote the investment and construction of the project, Hainan Refinery broke the conventional contract negotiation practice and completed the bidding and contract signing of the EPC general contractor ahead of schedule .
In addition to breaking conventions and rushing to progress, Hainan Refining & Chemical also put forward the concept of "three modernizations" for the first time in the construction of ethylene projects, laying a foundation for improving the quality and speed of project construction by improving the level of information technology.
It is understood that the overall project is currently progressing smoothly, the administrative approval procedures have been basically completed, eight main items have been designed for a section, the office center, chemical zone walls, primary ground pipes and two horizontal and two vertical roads have been completed and put into use.
Road works, pile foundations, etc.
Engineering, civil engineering, etc.
have been fully rolled out.
It is reported that the project is planned to be completed and put into production before the end of September 2022.
After the project is completed and put into production, it can drive more than 100 billion yuan of downstream industries, become a new " engine " for the future economic development of Hainan Province , and contribute petrochemical strength to the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
