On August 3, the last wind turbine of Longyuan South Africa Dea II (144MW) wind power project under China Guodian Group Corporation successfully completed the lifting operation, marking the completion of all 163 wind turbine lifting operations of Longyuan South
Africa's two wind power projects.
The successful completion of the project lifting task laid a solid foundation
for the subsequent commissioning of wind turbines.
It is understood that Longyuan South Africa Dea Phase I and Phase II wind power projects are located 15 kilometers southwest and 75 kilometers northeast of Dea Town in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa, respectively, with a total of 163 United Power UP-86 1500kW wind turbines
installed.
As Longyuan Power's first overseas EPC general contracting project, all units of the project were manufactured
in China.
It can be said that through Longyuan South Africa's Dea project, Guodian Group deepened international production capacity cooperation and successfully realized the "going global"
of Chinese equipment, technology, standards and services driven by Chinese capital.

in the third round of renewable energy project bidding organized by the South African Ministry of Energy.
This is another major breakthrough
made by Longyuan Power to expand the overseas wind power market after the 100,000-kilowatt wind power project in Canada.
The two projects won by Longyuan Power this time are located in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa, of which the installed capacity of the De-A Phase I wind power project is 100,000 kilowatts, and the installed capacity of the De-A-II Phase II North District Wind Power Project is 144,000 kilowatts, which will be jointly developed by Longyuan Power, South African Mulilo Renewable Energy Co.

In late April 2017, the 67th wind turbine impeller of the Dea Phase I (100,500 kW) wind power project of Longyuan South Africa, a subsidiary of China Guodian Group Corporation, was successfully installed in place
.
So far, all the wind turbines of the first phase of the Dea project have been hoisted, laying a solid foundation
for achieving the goal of putting into operation power generation.
