Guizhou Province has made it clear that cities that implement car lottery plates and tail number restrictions will introduce policies and measures as soon as possible to ensure that new energy vehicles are not subject to restrictions such as lottery plates and tail number restrictions, and other cities (regions) shall not introduce policies and measures
that restrict the license plate and road driving of new energy vehicles in the future.
The opinions require that the promotion and application of new energy vehicles be increased in urban passenger transport such as buses and taxis, as well as in the fields of sanitation and public security patrols, formulate motor vehicle renewal plans, and continuously increase the proportion of
new energy vehicle operations.
Among the new or updated public transport and rental vehicles in the city where new energy vehicles are popularized and applied, the proportion of new energy vehicles is not less than 30%.
In addition, Guizhou Province has also made it clear that it will increase fiscal and tax support

For new energy vehicle products produced and sold by enterprises in Guizhou and promoted and applied by enterprises outside the province in Guizhou that meet the requirements of safety, power, maintenance and guarantee, 50% of the central financial subsidy standard will be given follow-up subsidies
