【Chemical Machinery and Equipment Network Industry News】Chemical analysis involves many industries and fields such as chemical industry, petroleum, geology, environment, food and medicine, and the effectiveness monitoring of laboratory test results is particularly important
    .
With the wide application of the international standard ISO/IEC 17025 and the continuous enhancement of laboratory quality awareness, laboratory managers have paid more and more attention to the monitoring of the validity of test results, and the monitoring of test results validity has become an important part of
    laboratory management.
Although ISO/IEC 17025 gives general requirements for laboratories to ensure the validity of results, and applies to all testing laboratories to carry out the organization and management of test results validity monitoring, many laboratories still have many difficulties in carrying out results validity monitoring and management due to the uneven level of laboratory competence
    .

Recently, the national standard "Guidelines for Monitoring the Validity of Chemical Analysis Laboratory Results" (GB/Z 27426-2022), drafted by the National Certification and Accreditation Standardization Technical Committee (TC261), the Institute of Testing and Analysis of Guangdong Academy of Sciences (Guangzhou Analysis and Testing Center, China) and the Industrial Analysis and Testing Center of Guangdong Academy of Sciences, passed expert review and was officially released and implemented
    on October 12, 2022.

According to the technical characteristics of chemical analysis laboratories, this standard clarifies the general principles of result validity monitoring and management, guides the basic methods for monitoring and planning based on risk analysis and evaluation results, and gives specific guidance on the selection and application of internal control methods and external monitoring methods and their result evaluation, aiming to improve the quality of laboratory test results and improve the validity and reliability
    of experimental test results.

This guarantee is to refine the clause "7.
7 Ensure the validity of results" clause of "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" (GB/T 27025-2019/ ISO/IEC 17025:2017), guide from the aspects of internal control methods, external control methods and control scheme planning, fully analyze different measures of internal and external quality control, and put forward technical requirements with clear application scope, clear elements, operable and reference.
Effectively ensure the validity and reliability
of the data provided by the chemical analysis laboratory.

The release and implementation of this standard fills the gap of relevant standards at home and abroad, and helps to promote the high-quality development of
    the inspection and testing industry.
