At the same time, Guangzhou plans to complete 10,000 gas pipeline transformations in catering establishments from 2021 to 2023, including 3,000 in 2021, 3,000 in 2022, and 4,000 in 2023.

For catering users who meet the conditions and have a metered capacity of G25 and below, the cost of installing gas pipelines is planned to adopt the method of "government incentives, gas supply enterprise reduction and exemption, and zero user contribution"; for catering users with metered capacity of G40 and G65 , The cost of installing gas pipelines is planned to adopt the “three points” method of government rewards, gas supply companies to make profits, and catering users (or owners) to bear the burden of pipeline gas construction funds; for the installed meter capacity above G65 (not included) For large-scale catering users, the pipeline installation costs are planned to adopt the “two points” method of joint investment by enterprises and users to raise pipeline gas construction funds.
