According to the requirements, the Energy Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is responsible for the establishment of a photovoltaic power station project reserve bank, and the scale of the reserve project is determined by the Energy Bureau of the autonomous region according to the comprehensive consideration of factors such as the new scale index of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued by the state and the actual construction and development of photovoltaic projects in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, in principle, not exceeding 3 times
the new scale of the region issued by the state in the previous year.
It is reported that when there is a surplus in the scale of the photovoltaic power plant project reserve bank, the project can apply for inclusion in the reserve bank

It is worth noting that the project applying to enter the reserve bank should basically meet the conditions for power grid transmission and consumption, implement the land use agreement, and report to the autonomous region energy bureau after the preliminary review by the municipal development and reform commission, and the autonomous region energy bureau will be included in the autonomous region photovoltaic power station project reserve pool after being reviewed and approved

At the same time, the annual implementation plan management of photovoltaic power plants will be improved, and projects with mature conditions and fast project construction progress will be selected from the project reserve pool through competition to form the preliminary annual implementation plan
for the construction of photovoltaic power plants in the district.
