    Recently, the Guangdong Association for Standardization released the group standard "High-performance fiber-grade copolyamide chips" to provide technical support for nylon product improvement and performance improveme.



    Nylon is the common name of polyamide fiber, also known as nyl.



    It is a kind of synthetic fib.



    It is widely used in clothing and apparel fabrics, parachutes, safety ropes, luggage and other fiel.



    Its disadvantages are poor air permeability, water absorption and antistatic properti.



    The performance of nylon products is largely determined by the quality of its raw material polyami.



    Using traditional caprolactam to add lactam or diacid diamine salt to copolymerize into copolyamide chips, which is used to produce nylon products, has obvious effect of improving performan.

    The current industry standard FZ/T 51004-2011 "Fiber-grade polycaprolactam chips" is suitable for fiber-grade polycaprolactam chips produced by traditional methods, but fails to provide quality basis and technical support for synthetic high-performance fiber-grade copolyamide chi.



    In order to meet the needs of innovation and the urgent needs of the market, Guangdong Xinhui Meida Nylon ., L., South China University of Technology and Guangdong Caiyan ., L.



    jointly compiled the "High Performance Fiber Grade Copolyamide Chips" standard on the basis of research, which was published by Guangdong The Provincial Association for Standardization is issued as a group standa.



    The group standard stipulates the technical index requirements of high-performance fiber-grade copolyamide chips from 8 aspec.



    Among them, the relative viscosity, titanium dioxide content, amino content, carboxyl content, appearance and other five indicators are consistent with the current industry standards, and the other three are closely related to slicing performan.



    Prescribes requirements that exceed industry standar.



    According to the introduction of the Provincial Standardization Association, a large number of experiments have proved that the performance of nylon products is obviously optimized using the copolyamide chips produced by this standard as raw materia.



    For example, when used as clothing fabrics, due to the increase in strength, the fabrics tend to be lighter and thinner, and the air permeability is significantly improv.
