Recently, through the acquisition of British asset manager ENTAP, technology consulting and asset management firm Greensolver has more than
doubled its product portfolio.
France's Greensolver said the deal would allow it to expand its presence
in the UK and beyond.
ENTAP's solar work includes projects at a 20MW site in Italy, Spain, the UK and India
.
The London-based company was founded by investor Platina Energy Partners as its in-house technology service provider
.
ENTAP will be integrated under the Greensolver brand, providing procurement and contracting, due diligence, construction and asset management services
.
As a result, Greensolver has also set up offices
in Ireland, Spain and Cyprus.
Greensolver's CEO said, "This is Greensolver's second external growth
.
In 2015, we merged with PLY Energy to expand our services in Northern Europe with real success
.
With the acquisition of ENTAP, we are reaching another level
.
Currently we have a presence in nine countries, of which we can find four of the most dynamic and promising markets: France, the Netherlands, Ireland and Spain
.
The company also wants to strengthen its presence in the UK by maintaining its London base
