Using the above-mentioned innovative technologies, the project team built 2 sets of molded foaming devices with an annual output of 30,000 cubic meters, realizing the world's leading manufacturing of low-density polypropylene microporous thick plates; 10,000 to 60,000 cubic meters of autoclave pressure foaming device, the production efficiency is increased by 25%, and the finished product rate is increased to more than 99%.
The special foaming material has been produced in Zhenhai Refinery, and the new output value from 2016 to 2018 is 331 million yuan, profits and taxes 109 million yuan
