Recently, GM plans to launch electric vehicle battery reuse technology, focusing more on the energy storage market
with huge growth potential.
According to IHS CERA's research results, the energy storage industry has broad profit space in the future, and the industry-wide profit is expected to soar from $200 million in 2012 to $19 billion
in 2017.

Compared with the recent hot Tesla energy storage battery, GM's battery reuse technology also belongs to the broad category of energy storage, but the focus is on extending the economic life of the battery and continuing to exert waste heat
after the electric vehicle is used.
