One prototype uses a recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) polymer film separator, the other uses a 100% bio-based PEF (polyethylene 2,5-furandicarboxylate) polymer film compartme.
These prototypes will be used to test the compartment technology, helping Carlsberg to deliver a solution faster towards the ultimate goal of a polymer-free 100% bio-based wine bott.
