Sinochem News News on October 27, the German chemical group Wacker announced that it would invest about 120 million euros to acquire 60% of the shares in Shandong Siike New Materials Co.

Shandong Silicon Technology was founded in 2013 and is located in Jining New Material Industrial Park, Shandong.
