On November 11, GCL-Poly issued an announcement stating that its subsidiary, Jiangsu Zhongneng Silicon Technology Development Co.
, Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Zhongneng"), added 20,000 tons of silane fluidized bed (FBR) granular silicon production capacity.
The infrastructure construction will be completed by the end of October 2021, and after rigorous equipment testing and related system debugging, it will be officially put into production on November 10th
.

The project put into production this time is GCL-Poly’s first 20,000-ton modular granular silicon project.
It started construction in February 2021.
It took 9 months to complete the construction and put into production.
The achievement of modular construction and production in terms of installation, material balance, and structures

With the commissioning of this project, the effective production capacity of GCL-Poly granular silicon has been increased from the previous 10,000 tons to 30,000 tons.
GCL-Poly stated that the company will use this project as a benchmark template for its future projects
