The project adopts the direct cyanation of butadiene to synthesize adiponitrile, and the low-pressure hydrogenation of adiponitrile to produce hexamethylene diamine
.
The project is equipped with high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment according to the technological process.
The main energy-using equipment is fans, pumps, transformers, motors, air compressors, chillers,
etc.
The project will build a new adiponitrile hydrocyanic acid co-production unit, hexamethylene diamine production unit, methyl pentanediamine production unit, ammonium sulfate production unit and other supporting equipment and facilities

After completion, the new annual output of 300,000 tons of hexamethylene diamine (main product), 300,000 tons of adiponitrile (intermediate self-use product), 186,000 tons of hydrocyanic acid (intermediate self-use product), 170,000 tons of ammonium sulfate (by-product), Production capacity of 50,000 tons of methylpentanediamine (by-product)
