French renewable energy supplier Akuo Energy said on Tuesday it would hold talks to reduce its stake in the biomass business it holds with Idinvest Partners and sell stakes in the underlying assets, aiming to shift its focus to wind and solar

Specifically, Akuo is in discussions with French private equity fund Pearl Infrastructure Capital about a potential sale of
Akuo Biomass.
The latter aims to acquire Akuo and Idinvest's stakes in biomass companies and acquire a minority stake
in Picardie Biomasse Energie by its project partner CNIM SA.
