Recently, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the General Administration of Customs issued the "Announcement on Matters concerning the Total Ban on Import of Solid Waste" (hereinafter referred to as the "Announcement").
