Recently, Ford announced a new energy plan overseas, planning to invest 4.
5 billion US dollars in the research and development
of new energy electric vehicles by 2020.
The first product in the program is expected to be the new Focus electric version, which will be launched
in the second half of 2016.
It is reported that the future launch of the new Focus electric version will be equipped with Ford's latest research and development of DC fast charging system, which can charge to 80% of the battery in 30 minutes, and its cruising range can reach 100 miles (about 161 kilometers).
In addition, Ford also revealed a full LCD instrument cluster that provides intelligent customized information display and energy-saving tips
to drivers.
