Adopted at the Fourth Session of the Thirteenth People's Congress of Hebei Province on February 22, 2021, and implemented on April 1, 2021.

The protection and utilization of water resources, environmental pollution prevention and control, flood control and drainage, ecological restoration and protection, and supervision and management of the Baiyangdian River Basin within the administrative area of the province shall abide by these regulations.
The amount of penalties for violations ranges from 5,000 to 5 million, which constitutes a crime and will be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.

Measures for the Management of Environmental Credit Evaluation of Pollutant Dischargers in Shenzhen (for Trial Implementation)

It will be implemented on April 1, 2021, and will be valid for 2 years.

These Measures shall apply to the collection of environmental credit evaluation information, credit rating evaluation, restoration of credit evaluation results, and disclosure and application of evaluation results for pollutant discharge units included in the environmental credit evaluation within the municipal administrative area.
Those that should obtain a pollutant discharge permit; those that do not need to obtain a pollutant permit but are included in the management of key pollutant-discharging units; and those that should be included in the environmental credit evaluation scope of the pollutant-discharging unit shall be included in the environmental credit evaluation scope of the pollutant-discharging unit.

Management Measures for the Prevention and Control of Dust Pollution in Tongling City

Adopted at the 23rd meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Anhui Province on December 24, 2020, and implemented on April 1, 2021.
