Sinochem intends to transfer 574,204,299 ordinary shares of Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Halcyon") to Hainan Natural Rubber Industry Group Co.

by way of a non-public agreement, and the underlying asset is determined to be trading at US$

Lianyungang Carbon III Project

The company's Lianyungang carbon three phase I project includes 600,000 tons/year of PDH, 650,000 tons/year of phenol/acetone, 240,000 tons/year of bisphenol A, 400,000 tons/year of PO and 150,000 tons/year of ECH, followed by 240,000 tons/year of bisphenol A expansion project and 180,000 tons/year of epoxy resin project

At the performance meeting on November 16, Sinochem International said that in the first half of 2022, the company's carbon three industry chain projects have successively achieved the completion and operation of four sets of ECH, epoxy resin, ion membrane caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide, and it is expected that phenolone and bisphenol A devices will be put into operation before the end of the year, and it is expected that the production capacity release of the carbon three projects in 2023 can reach 60-70% of the designed production capacity, and reach production and efficiency
in 2024.

The landing of the first phase of the carbon three phase project will significantly improve the company's performance level, and will create an integrated whole industrial chain pattern of "PDH propylene-phenol-bisphenol A & ECH-epoxy resin", and promote the company to become the world's leading epoxy resin enterprise

The company's original 6PPD antioxidants production capacity is 140,000 tons/year, and the Thai base has a production capacity of 25,000 tons/year, realizing the international layout of production capacity

The company's 192,000 tons/year accelerator project in Lianyungang Shengao is under construction, which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023 and is expected to achieve production and effectiveness

The company's subsidiary Ningxia Ruitai 40,000 tons/year nylon 66 and 25,000 tons/year hexanediamine plant has been put into operation in June, of which hexethylenediamine has achieved a balance between production and sales, nylon 66 has achieved sales of more than 1,000 tons per month, and it is expected that the project can bring new sales revenue of 886 million yuan and annual net profit of nearly 100 million yuan
