According to reports, the "Big Mac" that was successfully launched this time is independently developed and produced by Fengshen, with a diameter of more than 4 meters and a weight of nearly 6 tons, mainly used for giant mining dump trucks
of about 400 tons.
The product adopts the current advanced tire research and development technology, through finite element simulation technology, low heat generation formula design and belt layer structure, unique heat dissipation design and balanced vulcanization technology to achieve the excellent performance
of tires in terms of low heat generation, high mileage, super wear resistance, cutting resistance, etc.
It is understood that in September 2020, Fengshen Tire launched the three-year "8848" project to reach the top of the giant tire, aiming to enhance the overall competitiveness of Fengshen giant tire and provide high-quality products and services
to major mining tire customers around the world.
Since the project was tackled, it has overcome more than 30 technical problems and obtained more than
20 patents and proprietary technologies.
In the next step, Fengshen Tire will continue to promote the strategic layout of five Fengshen - World Fengshen, Technology Fengshen, Digital Fengshen, Green Fengshen, and Humanistic Fengshen, create new competitive advantages and new strategic growth poles, and continue to provide customers with high-quality products and services
