On December 29, FAW Haima launched its first pure electric vehicle, the Prima EV, officially kicking off its entry into the new energy market
.
The "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" is nearing its end, and in the new five-year "13th Five-Year Plan", FAW Haima will successively launch six new energy vehicles, including pure electric A-class cars, pure electric A00-class cars, pure electric MPVs next year, and pure electric SUVs, plug-in hybrid SUVs and plug-in hybrid A-class sedans
in 2017-2018.
Among the six new cars, it has been confirmed that the pure electric A-class is the electric version of Fumeilai (cruising range of 250 kilometers), the pure electric MPV is the fourth-generation Prima (cruising range of 250 kilometers), and the pure electric SUV is the electric version of the Seahorse Knight (cruising range of 350 kilometers).
As early as 2005, Haima took pure electric vehicles as the research direction of new energy strategy, and has gradually mastered the core technologies such as vehicle and electronic control system development, battery and motor key components modeling and matching, and Haima Automobile will apply new energy technologies including 48V mild hybrid, plug-in interaction, pure electric, etc.
to its key models in the future to further expand the competitive power
of Haima New Energy.
