Evonik Industries has established an exclusive technology partnership with Dow to jointly bring to market a unique process for the direct synthesis of propylene glycol (PG) from propylene and hydrogen peroxi.
Over the past few years, a team of more than 100 Evonik employees has laid the foundations for the HYPROSYN™ proce.
In 2018, approximately 9 million tons of propylene glycol were consumed global.
