European Council President Michel announced late on the 30th that the leaders of the EU member states have reached an agreement on an immediate ban on the import of 75% of Russian o.

The EU Extraordinary Summit will be held in Brussels on the 30th and 31.

Michel said that the sanctions plan also includes the exclusion of Russia's largest bank, Sberbank, from the Global Interbank Financial Communication Association system, and the prohibition of news and information products from three Russian state media from landing and disseminating in the EU in any fo.
