In order to reduce the discharge of organic pollutants, the draft revised the "Waste Disposal" chapter in the "Persistent Organic Pollutants Regulations", clarified the limits and management requirements of persistent organic pollutants, and stipulated the limits of three substances, Respectively: the limit of pentachlorophenol and its salts and esters is 100mg/kg; the limit of chlorobenzene trichloroethanol is 50mg/kg; the limit of perfluorooctanoic acid and its salts is 1mg/kg; The limit for compounds related to PFOA is 40 mg/kg

Contaminants that reach the limit must be destroyed or treated irreversibly

In addition, the draft lowers the existing limits for five substances: polybrominated diphenyl ethers, hexabromocyclododecane, short-chain chlorinated paraffins, polychlorinated dibenzodioxins and dibenzofurans, and dioxin-like substances
