Recently, the Enze Fund, initiated by Sinopec Capital Corporation, and Cummins jointly invested in a 50:50 ratio and established a joint venture company in China-Cummins Enze (Guangdong) Hydrogen Energy Technology Co.

It is understood that the joint venture will develop, produce and sell the leading proton exchange membrane electrolysis hydrogen production technology in China for localized product development, production and sales, and use water electrolysis technology plus renewable energy hydrogen production technology to jointly promote the development of green hydrogen production solutions and make breakthroughs.

The production line of the joint venture company will produce Cummins HyLYZER series of proton exchange membrane electrolyzed water hydrogen production equipment.
