It is forbidden to build, rebuild, or expand construction projects that may cause soil pollution in residential areas and around schools, hospitals, nursing homes, nursing homes and other units

Key soil pollution supervision units shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of monitoring data, and shall not tamper with or falsify monitoring data

The administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation shall rely on the facilities and places for the classification and treatment of domestic waste to establish a publicity and education base, open it to the public free of charge, and popularize the knowledge of domestic waste classification

The operating unit of this Municipality’s large-scale domestic garbage treatment facilities shall set up public open days to receive visits from the general public

If a unit violates the provisions of Article 8 of these regulations and fails to classify and put domestic garbage in accordance with the prescribed time, place, method, etc.

The people's governments of the lake districts (cities, districts) shall organize the formulation of the breeding water tidal flat plan in accordance with the unified norms formulated by the provincial agricultural and rural administrative departments, scientifically delimit the forbidden, restricted and suitable breeding areas, and close and dismantle the forbidden areas.

In violation of the provisions of Article 27, paragraph 4 of these regulations, those who throw fertilizer and bait aquaculture in the natural waters of the lake area shall be ordered to stop the illegal activities; those who refuse to stop the illegal activities shall be fined between 10,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan

The departments of ecological environment, commerce, transportation, agriculture and rural areas of the people's governments at or above the county level shall, in accordance with their duties, supervise and manage the environmental pollution caused by solid waste from dismantled motor vehicles and ship dismantling units

In violation of the first paragraph of Article 39 of these Measures, if a unit engaged in slaughtering and processing fails to collect, store, utilize or dispose of the solid waste generated during the processing in a timely manner, the competent department of ecological environment shall order corrections, and the punishment may be less than 100,000 yuan.
