It was learned from the Emergency Management Department that, in accordance with the national centralized management of hazardous chemical safety risks and the special management of safety risks in high-risk sub-sectors, in order to improve the safety risk management and control capabilities of high-risk chemicals and prevent and resolve major safety risks, the Emergency Management Department recently launched a Butadiene safety expert guidance service
