EDP Renovaveis SA reportedly announced that it has opened a 68 MW wind farm
in Galicia, the Spanish autonomous region.
The Muxia wind farm consists of 34 wind turbines, each with a 2 MW generating capacity

During its 30-year service life, wind farms are expected to prevent around 4 million tons of CO2
emissions.
With the completion of the Muxia plant, EDPR now has a total installed capacity of 281 MW
.
This represents more than 10 percent of the company's total installed capacity in the country, reaching 2,312 MW
