ECHA issued a public consultation on the proposed Harmonized Classification and Labelling (CLH) of three substances, barium chromate, trimethyl phosphate and isopropyl glycidyl ether, on July 4, 2022, and the Substance Proposal and Comment Submission Forms are also available at The website is published and the public can submit comments on proposals until September 2, 2022

After the public consultation, the ECHA Risk Assessment Committee (RAC) will give its own views based on the opinions of the public comments, and the European Commission will decide whether the CLH of the substance can be adopted based on the views of the RAC

If adopted, the new classification of substances will be included in Annex VI of the CLP Regulation
.
During the public consultation, ECHA will publish the comments received on the website to facilitate stakeholders to keep abreast of the comments and give feedback
