Netherlands-based European fiber company Eurofiber has signed a binding agreement to acquire France-based fibre supplier Lumos
.

Following the acquisition of Eurafibre, ATE and Eura DC in November 2019, Eurofiber seeks to accelerate its French growth strategy with this acquisition and plans to expand its network coverage to at least 25 French cities
by 2025.

According to the relevant regulations, the acquisition is subject to regulatory approval in France and is expected to close in
early 2021.
