Beginning on August 31, 2020 or as contractually permits, The Dow Company, on behalf of itself and its applicable consolidated subsidiaries ("Dow"), will increase the prices of MDI products in all of the following grades and packaging types in North America by the following increases :

The above increases are in addition to the previously announced $0.
04/lb on August 5, 2020 and will be effective on August 31, 2020 or as contractually allows, for a total increase of $0.
08/lb for each of the above grades
