In view of the different fluid accumulation conditions of various gas wells, the technicians implemented different strategies, and adopted optimization pipe string, wellhead liquid separation, foam drainage, automatic intermittent, negative pressure gas production, plunger drainage, mechanical drainage, and the same well.
Measures such as drainage and gas recovery, such as production and injection, have increased the use of compound drainage technology this year, carried out the "bubble drainage + gas lift" combined production resumption method, and implemented the combination of "bubble drainage + negative pressure", "bubble drainage + plunger" and other combinations Drainage and production technology, and actively explore the new technology of high water-cut gas reservoir production, injection and drainage in the same well, greatly reducing the frequency of wellhead blowout and drainage operations, and effectively promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in gas fields

At present, 179 sets of automatic dosing devices are implemented; the automatic intermittence uses solar energy as the power source, which has been implemented 7 Sets of automatic indentation equipment; negative pressure gas production wells are powered by gas, currently 49 sets are implemented, which reduces diesel consumption by nearly 20 tons per day; the same well production and injection process adopts manual lifting technology, and the produced fluid is reversed in the wellbore and directly returned The injection to the upper strata greatly reduces the transportation and processing costs of the produced fluid.
At present, the cumulative gas production has increased by 39 million cubic meters, and the cumulative reduction in the transportation and processing of the produced water is 100,000 cubic meters

At the same time, in order to achieve high-efficiency and recycling of natural gas resources, the second gas production plant also strictly controls the ignition and venting time of gas testing.
The gas-testing and liquid separation process is adopted within 24 hours after the gas is detected, and the produced gas enters the station for production; for remote wells In the mobile recycling method, it is recycled through CNG and then transported to the designated refill point for refilling to the pipe network.
Currently, 13 sets of fixed and mobile recycling equipment are recycled and refilled with 150,000 cubic meters per day
