On November 3, Daqo Energy announced that its company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Daqo New Energy Co.
, Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as Inner Mongolia Daqo), signed a polysilicon procurement cooperation agreement
with a customer.

According to the agreement, from October 2022 to December 2027, the customer is expected to purchase 57,600 tons of solar-grade polysilicon special no-clean monocrystalline materials from Daqo Energy and Inner Mongolia Daqo, with an estimated purchase amount of 14.
