On March 17th, in Linyuan Park, Daqing High-tech Zone, the construction site of the polycarbonate joint project of Heilongjiang New Industry Investment Group Longjiang Chemical Co.

It is understood that the project plans a total investment of 6 billion yuan, covers an area of 50 hectares, and is expected to be put into trial operation in October 2023

Deng Jun, deputy director of the Petrochemical Industry Promotion Center of Daqing High-tech Zone, introduced that this project is a raw material undertaking project to promote the adjustment, transformation and upgrading of Daqing Petrochemical's refining structure.

"50,000 tons of acetone and 170,000 tons of phenol enter the downstream bisphenol A plant, producing 200,000 tons of bisphenol A raw materials, and the remaining 80,000 tons of acetone and 50,000 tons of phenol are all exported

It is understood that the project will start construction in stages this year and will be put into production before the end of 2023
