Dagang Oilfield guarantees the use of gas in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei this winter

On the morning of November 13, with the Bai 6-1 well, Bai 6-8 well and Pan G1 reservoir 2 well opening production valves one after another, 11 underground gas storage reservoirs belonging to PetroChina Dagang Oilfield opened wells for gas
production.
This marks the official start of the Dagang Oilfield to supply gas to Beijing and surrounding areas this winter, and 92 wells are expected to be put into production

Dagang Oilfield is headquartered in the southern part of Tianjin's Binhai New Area and currently has jurisdiction over 11 underground gas storage reservoirs

This gas storage group is mainly responsible for peak shaving, emergency gas supply, strategic reserve and other responsibilities of natural gas in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the natural gas produced can reach the central urban area
of Beijing in two small hours.

As the main force of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei winter supply, the Dagang Oilfield gas storage group has been operating safely and smoothly for 8,039 days and nights

With the "integrated standardization of well stations" Donkey Juhe gas storage and Bai 15 gas storage reservoir joining the supply guarantee queue this year, 92 wells will be put into gas production in the Dagang Oilfield gas storage group, and the gas production volume of the entire reservoir group is expected to exceed the historical extreme value of 30 million cubic meters per day during the peak gas production period this winter and next spring, which will effectively ensure the safe use of gas and warm winter in the
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
