Daelim Energy Group reportedly completed the acquisition of a portfolio
of Chilean solar power plants from Grenergy.
It is understood that the 12 projects are solar power plants with a capacity of 8MWn and 9MWn, which will be built
by Grenergy.
The projects will operate under Chilean regulation that favors small distributed generator sets
that sell energy in a stable price format in Chile.
Grenergy, which closed in the first half of the year, had an EBITDA of €5.
14 million and a net profit of €3 million, and has extensive experience
in such projects in the country.
In fact, the company has built and connected 18 photovoltaic power plants with a cumulative project capacity of 95 MW
