On February 8, Covestro said in an email to customers that due to unforeseen emergencies in its hydrochloric acid logistics in Leverkusen, the company's isophorone diisocyanate ( IPDI ) and hexamethylene diisocyanate Isocyanate ( HDI ) production has been significantly affected
