In addition to the qualitative/quantitative detection of infectious pathogens, the real-time fluorescent PCR system can also be applied to the study of genetic variation
Allelic single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and structural variation are the basis of genetic variation in individuals and populations
The LightMix® kit uses a hybridization probe combined with a melting curve analysis genotyping method, which can complete qPCR amplification and typing detection in the same reaction tube at one time.

MTHFR C677T Gene Polymorphism Detection Kit
5,10-Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) is a key enzyme in human DNA synthesis and homocysteine metabolism.
The current international and domestic research results show that [1], the enzyme activity of heterozygous mutant MTHFR677CT decreased by 30%, and the activity of homozygous 677TT enzyme decreased by more than 65%
Principles of kit detection:
A specific primer pair was used to amplify the 233bp fragment on MTHFR.
Melting curve analysis used to be used to determine the specificity of the amplified product after the SYBR Green detection reaction.
Run the conventional qPCR reaction program to carry out the amplification of the target fragment and the fluorescence signal detection.
◀ LightMix® Kits are used for SNP typing detection kits using hybrid probes or simple probes to obtain genotyping information through melting curve analysis
LightMix® kit typing test advantages
• Realize high-throughput and automated typing detection on the qPCR platform
Multiple SNP typing test reagents for the study of genetic variation related to cardiovascular disease
