Pittsburgh, USA, April 8, 2022 – PPG (NYSE: PPG) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the powder coatings manufacturing business of Arsonsisi, an industrial coatings company based in Milan, Italy

As part of the deal, PPG will acquire Arsonsisi's powder production facility in Verbania, Italy, which is highly automated and has both low- and high-volume powder production capabilities

In addition, PPG will have metal powder-bound coatings capacity in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region

In 2021, Arsonsisi's powder coatings business will generate sales of approximately $15 million
