Comcast, the largest cable system company in the United States, announced that it will deploy a next-generation ultra-high-speed cable network, which is scheduled to start construction at the end of the year and will reach 1Gbp/s or higher

Comcast said the next-generation ultra-high-speed cable network is expected to expand nationwide
within the next 2-3 years.
Moreover, this new ultra-high-speed cable technology can be used on top of existing networks, making data transmission more efficient without the need to install new fiber-optic cables
at home.
This is a technology
that is completely different from GigabitPro, an existing ultra-high-speed Internet service for enterprises.
Comcast noted that the latest test results on the new technology indicate that people using this super-high-speed cable network will be faster than 1Gbp/s, at least 50 times the normal bandwidth speed offered by most cable companies today, and more than Google Fiber
